With Spring on it’s way our chef’s have put together a lovely lamb main dish, accompanied by  a tasty starter and dessert.

Starter

Made with grilled chicken, snake beans, tomato and cashew nuts, dressed with a spicy ‘Som Tam’ sauce

Main Dish 
SPICY WOK-FRIED SPRING LAMB – £17.00
With chilli, garlic, young peppercorn and fresh holy basil

Dessert 
BANANA IN COCONUT MILK – £6.00
Traditional Thai desert made with sweet bananas and young coconut pulp, served warm with a sprinkle of sesame seeds
