Valentines Day Menu – Friday 14th February 2020

For the evening of Friday 14th February our chefs have devised a gastronomic feast to tantalise your tastebuds.  All items mentioned on the menu will be served!

A glass of sparkling rose with Amuse Bouche

 Starters    (all dishes will be served)

  •  Spicy king prawn salad – Fresh king prawns grilled with green apple, red grape, lemon grass, kaffir lime, shallot and roasted chilli
  •  Chicken pandan leaves – Deep fried chicken wrapped in pandan leaves
  • Salmon with three flavour sauce – Heart shaped pan fried salmon with three flavour sauce 

Main course   (all dishes will be served) 

  •  Sea bass red curry – Traditional Thai red curry with fresh sea bass, peppercorns and holy basil
  •  Duck leg mango sauce – Crispy aromatic duck leg with lemon grass, kaffir lime in a mango sauce
  •  Beef with broccoli – Aberdeen Angus beef wok fried with broccoli in an oyster sauce
  •  Jasmine rice 

Dessert

  •  Exotic fruits beetroot crepe – Heart shaped beetroot crepe stuffed with Rambutan, longan, white chocolate and served with strawberry ice cream
