Valentines Menu 2020
A glass of sparkling rose with Amuse Bouche
Starters (all dishes will be served)
- Spicy king prawn salad – Fresh king prawns grilled with green apple, red grape, lemon grass, kaffir lime, shallot and roasted chilli
- Chicken pandan leaves – Deep fried chicken wrapped in pandan leaves
- Salmon with three flavour sauce – Heart shaped pan fried salmon with three flavour sauce
Main course (all dishes will be served)
- Sea bass red curry – Traditional Thai red curry with fresh sea bass, peppercorns and holy basil
- Duck leg mango sauce – Crispy aromatic duck leg with lemon grass, kaffir lime in a mango sauce
- Beef with broccoli – Aberdeen Angus beef wok fried with broccoli in an oyster sauce
- Jasmine rice
Dessert
- Exotic fruits beetroot crepe – Heart shaped beetroot crepe stuffed with Rambutan, longan, white chocolate and served with strawberry ice cream
